DO YOU OFFER EMERGENCY CARE SERVICES?

If you are experiencing a physical or mental health emergency please contact your medical doctor, walk-in clinic, or hospital emergency room. I do not offer emergency or crisis care services, though I am here to support you through your experience, and help you find any additional resources you may need.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE OR PSYCHOTHERAPY?

DO INSURANCE BENEFITS COVER YOUR SERVICES?

Most insurance benefits packages will cover some portion of naturopathic medicine and registered psychotherapy services. It's best to contact your insurance provider to understand the details of your plan.

HOW DO I BOOK OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

You can visit elenarossi.janeapp.com at any time to book a visit, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. There you can also find details on my rates, appointment types and availability. 

HOW DO I PAY MY BILL?

I accept payment by credit card or e-transfer, and I can use direct-billing to your insurance provider for naturopathic medicine services. As soon as payment is processed you'll receive your itemized receipt by email.

DO YOU TREAT CHILDREN AND TEENS?

As a naturopathic doctor I offer treatment for all ages - infants, children, adults, and seniors. For psychotherapy I only treat adults, over the age of 18. If you are needing pediatric or adolescent psychotherapy support I'd be happy to help you find resources and options.
